Beast Chipper Blades

Our fleet of Beast shredders are now available for hire fitted with specially designed cutter  bodies and knives which will process whole trees up to 30” in diameter, woody brash and slab wood, to a specification suitable for biomass plants without further processing.

Material can be processed at rates of between 15 and 40 Tonnes per hour with minimal fines.

These cutter blades are not suitable for processing demolition waste or wood containing metal contamination.  For this type of waste, normal shredding tips are used.
